Tina Shah builds revenue engines and the high-performing teams that sustain them. A former McKinsey and Company consultant and Northwestern University economist, she brings sharp analytical precision to the complex, high-stakes work of organizational transformation.

Her career spans McKinsey, Willis Towers Watson, and multiple B2B SaaS ventures through successful exits, scaling teams from early-stage revenue to multi-million ARR. She has led enterprise transformations for Anthem (Elevance Health), AT&T, Apple, General Motors, and Conde Nast.

Tina also brings firsthand AI and LLM product management experience, giving her clients a decisive edge in one of the most consequential technology shifts of our time.
